What are the different Diet / Fitness Meal plans you provide?

We have weight loss, weight gain and maintainence plans. We also provide Custom plans if you know your Macro details

Do you consider food restrictions & allergies?

Yes, while onboarding a client we ensure we take down all the details with respect to your allergies and any restrictions

Till what time can we change or cancel our Meals?

You can cancel your next day's meal by 6 PM on the previous day through our app

​

Do you have Vegan options?

We do not have a Vegan option, but we can work with you to help getting the Vegetarian meal close to a Vegan Meal

What is the minimal number of days I can subscribe for?

We offer a 6-day subscription designed to help you experience our food before committing long-term.

Can I pause or resume my subscription in case of an emergency or Travel?

Yes, you can pause anytime and let us know when you would like to resume.

What if I want to change the number of meals in my ongoing Subscription?

You can reach out to us and we'll make the necessary changes to update the number of meals. In case you are expecting friends or family, letting us know a day in advance so we can cater to them as well along with your food.

Can I opt for both Veg and Non-Veg meal options?

Totally possible, you can customize the days you want Veg or Non-veg

Do you customize meals according to my health / Fitness needs?

Yes, we understand your Macros and the food which is sent to you is as per that

Do you have packages for Mass orders for events?

Do you have Keto Meal plans available?

We do not have Keto Meal plans but we do have low carb meals which can help you with your goals

How do you package your meals?

We use highest grade cornstarch boxes to pack our meals which is Microwave and freezer friendly

What are the delivery timing options?

Delivery times are location-based and will be confirmed before onboarding.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

We do not deliver on Sundays. Our Kitchen is closed on Sundays
